There is no flat rate for this work. Here is how each job is priced and what feeds into a quote, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
Continuous guttering
Set by the length of the run, the profile you choose, the height, and any old gutter that has to come off first.
Gutter guard
Mesh grade, roof pitch and how easy the edge is to reach all shift it. Fire-rated mesh sits at the higher end.
Roof restoration
Tile or metal, the size, how far gone it is, and whether the ridge needs re-bedding before it can be coated.
