A sound roof that only looks tired rarely needs replacing. A clean-down, some fresh bedding and pointing, and a coat can buy years for a fraction of a full re-roof.
We will tell you plainly if a roof is worth restoring or properly past it, rather than talking you into the bigger invoice.
