Roofing

When a roof is past patching, we install new. That covers new metal roofs on new builds and extensions, and full re-roofs where old tile or metal is stripped and replaced with COLORBOND steel. A metal re-roof can be lighter, faster to install and better sealed than the roof it replaces.

It is all fitted by a licensed roof plumbing crew using Australian-made BlueScope steel, so the roof, the flashings and the guttering are handled by the one team and finish as a set.

Re-roof or repair, told straight

A re-roof is a big spend and we will not talk you into one you do not need. If a roof has years left and only needs attention in spots, we will say so. When rust has taken hold of the sheets or a tile roof is shedding and leaking across the field, replacement is the honest call.

A metal re-roof over old tile also takes weight off the frame and speeds up the job, and because we finish the gutter and flashings as part of it, the new roof is sealed at every edge before we leave.

Because we do the guttering and fascia as well, a new roof leaves with the edges, flashings and downpipes all finished properly, not left for someone else to sort out later.
